Ivy Xu

Ivy joined Wallaby Medical as a trusted HR business partner and advisor to senior leadership and management in areas of organization effectiveness, talent acquisition, talent development, culture and leadership. She aligns HR strategy to the overall business strategy and objectives and provides guidance on talent management, workforce relations, organization design and compensation. Ivy is a HR veteran with close to 20 years working experience, of which more than 12 years are in the medical device industry. She was one of the pioneers to build up Medtronic's 1st manufacturing facility in China. Besides HR, Ivy also held a leadership role in operations. Prior to Medtronic, Ivy took different roles within HR with increasing responsibilities at Kao Corporation.
