Date:2026-09-26

Irvine, California – March 18, 2026 – WallabyPhenox, a global neurovascular medical technology company, today announced the successful completion of a significant equity financing and debt restructuring, further strengthening the company’s financial foundation. The proceeds will be used to optimize its capital structure and accelerate its long-term global growth strategy.

The financing was co-led by Yunfeng Capital, Hillhouse Investment, HJ Partners, Gaorong Ventures, Junson Capital, and Qianhai Ark Asset Management, with Enlight Medical participating as a follow-on investor.

Top-Tier Capital Backing Demonstrates Market Confidence

The strong support from leading investment institutions and strategic partners, including Yunfeng Capital, Hillhouse Investment and HJ Partners, fully demonstrates the capital market’s strong confidence in the continued expansion of WallabyPhenox’s neurovascular platform. Following this milestone, Enlight Medical and WallabyPhenox have completed a strategic merger to form a fully integrated cardiovascular medical company with a further enhanced global footprint and influence.

Through this strategic merger, WallabyPhenox will effectively optimize its capital structure, enhance operational flexibility, and provide strong support for key strategic initiatives, including the advancement of major clinical research and the continued expansion of its global product portfolio.

Accelerating Clinical Innovation to Expand the Boundaries of Diagnosis and Treatment

WallabyPhenox is actively advancing the landmark U.S. PIANO clinical trial, which is designed to further expand the application of flow diversion therapy and broaden its coverage in this fast-growing segment of the neurovascular market. The company expects to complete enrollment of the first patient in the near future.

In parallel, the company has launched the TRUST Registry in Europe. As a global multicenter registry, it is designed to systematically evaluate the clinical outcomes of multiple neurovascular treatment modalities using real-world data. The launch of the TRUST Registry underscores the company’s long-term commitment to building robust clinical data in global markets.

Expanding Frontier Technology Footprint and Building a Global R&D Ecosystem

This financing enables WallabyPhenox to uphold its tradition of innovation, courage and disruption. In keeping with its pioneering spirit, the company has always dared to explore frontier fields: in 2012, it launched the world’s first 64-wire flow diverter (p64) and became the first company to validate its technology through a randomized controlled trial; building on the COATING randomized controlled trial, it confirmed the safety of simplifying the antithrombotic regimen to single antiplatelet therapy (SAPT).

While continuing to strengthen its existing technological advantages, the company is extending its reach into cutting-edge innovation areas, including an early-stage brain-computer interface (BCI) platform.
