Job Responsibility:

  • In charge of supplier's evaluation and selection per strategic plans.

  • Execute supplier's quality audits.

  • Monitor suppliers' performance and maintain Approved Vendor List in the ERP system.

  • Work closely with engineering and sourcing for supplier development process.

  • Involved in the complaint handling process Identifying communicating and resolving supplier quality problems, such as CAPA.

  • Involved in the FAI validation of raw material from new supplier& responsible for managing supplier changes impacting product quality.

  • Accountable for conducting supplier process improvement (SPI) and related supplier quality development.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor or above.

  • ISO13485 internal auditor certificate.

  • 2 years' experience or above in supplier quality control.

  • Good written and spoken English language skills.

  • Team worker and willing to travel domestically and oversea.

  • Good skills of project management.

  • experience in problem solving with quality tools such as: 8-D / CAPA / 5WHY etc.
